Hourly and daily reservations:

Administrators may enable hourly reservations for all listings or let owners choose whether their listings should be charged hourly or daily. Hourly booking allows users to rent products or locations by the hour. Price per hour, custom price per hour on weekends, custom pricing for an hour at certain times, minimum number of hours, hours available by listing, and many more options are available.

If you allow item rental, the guest option on the booking form will be eliminated. You may also disable the guest option on the listing submission form. Create your own unique fields, customise the advanced search, and build a dynamic item rental platform.

All users have flexible booking options:

Allow users to register, submit rental properties or products, and manage reservations or bookings using their own account.

Selected users only have the following submission options:

You may choose who can publish listings on your site in the theme settings if you like. This option makes it easy to create a single-owner website.

Deposit fee:

The deposit is the amount you wish to collect from the user who makes the request (in percentage or set value) before the booking is confirmed. If you just pay a part to confirm the booking, the balance (remaining payment) may be paid before the booking starts (making full payment via the site is optional).

Administrative Booking Fee/Service Fee:

As the site administrator, you may charge a service fee (admin booking fee), which might be a set amount or a percentage of the total invoice. The site administrator fee is deducted from the owner’s income, but it is paid by the person making the request as part of the deposit (which, once set, is needed to confirm the booking).

Booking Prices for Daily Bookings:

Set a default price per night, a custom price per night for bookings of seven or more days, a custom price per night for bookings of thirty or more days, a price per weekend night, a cleaning and city fee, a price for extra guests, global changeover days (check-in OR check-in and check-out days), an early-bird discount, a security deposit, extra expenses, and so on.

Early Bird Discounts:

You may specify the discount % and the minimum number of days before the discount is applied. The percentage discount is applied to the nightly fee.

City Taxes:

You may compute the City Fee as a fixed amount or a percentage, and you can do it per night, per guest, or per night and guest.

Any booking request requires a minimum number of booking days. Price adjustments enable you to vary this amount and set arbitrary minimum days for a certain period. Custom periods are chosen manually from a calendar (one at a time).

Taxes by percentages:

In each listing, you may provide the tax value (in%) to let the owner automatically calculate the taxes he owes based on the booking invoice amount. This information only displays on the owner’s dashboard, and the owner is responsible for paying his taxes.
You may enable the ability to invite more guests (above the default guest number) and specify the charge for each additional visitor in each listing. The theme does not limit the amount of extra visitors.
You may additionally allow payment by visitor number (rather than price per night).
Include more options on the booking form, such as single fee, by night, by guest, or by guest and night.
The owner may add additional booking options to each listing and specify the cost as a flat fee, per night, by guest, or by night and guest. These optional items may be altered or withdrawn at any time without affecting existing booking requests.

Prices for customised periods:

Each listing, Price Settings, has a calendar for managing custom prices for custom periods (you choose the start and end dates). You may set a custom price per night, a custom price per night for 7n+ and 30n+, a custom pricing for a weekend night, minimum booking days, and changeover days (check-in or check-in and check-out days) for each custom period. Control the turnover days. Allow only appointments that begin and conclude on a specified day of the week.

Weekend Evenings:

As the administrator, you may choose which nights are considered weekend nights: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday OR Saturday and Sunday OR Friday and Saturday OR Friday and Saturday.

Owner’s approval or instant booking:

If the rapid booking check is enabled, booking requests will be allowed without the requirement for owner consent (but only after the admin fee has been paid, as determined by the site administrator). If the owner does not wish to enable Instant Booking, he must personally review all booking requests (he may deny or accept each one).

Syncing of Calendar Feeds:

Because the theme supports Ical feed export and import, you may synchronise your listing availability calendar with other platforms that use Ical feed. You can import feeds from several systems. As the administrator, you may set one currency as the default for all site pricing and payments. In addition, the administrator may enable a multi-currency widget. This widget changes the default currency to other currencies (just for informative purposes). The currency widget may interface with an API to show currency conversion values based on real-time rates.

Menu and Header Options:

There are two menu design choices to choose from. You may use Maps, Properties sliders, Revolution sliders, photos, or none as your header. Transparent headers may also be enabled for all or specific pages.

Implementing the Open Street Map and Places:

Use Open Street Map (an alternative to the Google Maps API). Launch Street Places (another alternative to Google Places auto-complete). The Places solution supports geocoding (Radius Search), location search in Advanced Search, and city auto-complete fields on the Submit form. Open Street Map is applicable to all locations that use maps, including a global header with maps and all properties, half map pages, a listing submit form with a location field, and one listing page.

Hide the address and map location of the property.

Google Maps API Optimisation:

Allow your clients to search for properties on Google Maps, and they will be able to easily find results close to their area (using geolocation) or in distant locations. Each property may have its own distinct image pin on the map, making it simpler for visitors to locate the kind of real estate listing they seek. The Google Maps API is also used in Half Map to do Radius searches. Google Places autocomplete in location search; add property location using Google Places autocomplete in submission.

Customised colours:

The theme colours, from header to footer components, may be altered directly from the theme settings.

Integrated cache system:

Built-in performance optimisation measures include query caching and limiting the amount of pins on a map. Quickly develop fast websites.

Sidebars may be added indefinitely:

The theme has a few predefined sidebars, but you can also create your own sidebars and fill them with theme-specific or other widgets using the admin settings.
